Booking Your Sessions

This 3 month program includes 6 x 90 minute sessions.
 
I suggest you book your sessions in advance as far as you are able, as some of the more popular times fill up more quickly. You can book directly into my calendar yourself (below), or email jade@tarathomas.com.au

Feedback Process

Your feedback allows me deeper insight into something I have missed or incompletely understood, and allows us to do really important work together. If you think I've missed the point, if you're feeling frustrated, or if you don't feel like the work we are doing is effective, then sharing that feedback means I can adjust so that our work is meaningful.

There are a few ways you can do this, and they are detailed in the documents below.

Initial Questionnaire

You will each receive a separate invitation to complete the assessment via email, once you have made your first payment.

This questionnaire consists of questions about friendship, intimacy, emotions, conflict, values, and trust, as well as parenting, housework, finances, individual areas of concern, and more. It is an invaluable tool for our work together, as it saves us many hours of Q&A so that we can get right to the heart of what's working, what isn't working, and where we need to focus in our sessions.
